It’s hard to rally people against a villain that’s intangible, like workplace classism…which accounts for a £6k pay gap between working and middle class employees in the same roles.

đź’ˇIDEA
Dramatise classism as an insiduous force that’s literally - rather than figuratively - targeting and holding certain people back at work in the form of a genuine horror film.

đź’Ş HUSTLE
We turned a shoestring comms budget into a star-studded movie trailer that ran in cinemas, as well as a 15 minute short film that had a premiere at the iconic Roundhouse that acted as a press conference to launch the organisations research findings to reporters.
